no palm oil

Palm oil is the world’s cheapest and most popular vegetable oil. But it comes at a huge environmental cost. Palm oil heavily contributes to deforestation and replaces rainforest with a palm tree monoculture which is then again causing erosion and depletes the land.  It also endangers habitats of already endangered animal species like the orang-utan.
