Since its launch in 2010, our artisan bakery has been mixing, kneading and baking daily bread from scratch. Using only the finest natural ingredients, our baked goods – from sourdough bread, sunflower buns, and baguettes to cinnamon rolls, cookies and cakes are made by a highly skilled team of bakers.
Follow the smell of oven-fresh bread to our bakery, housed in a cozy retro building just a couple of doors down the road from ViaVia restaurant. Come over and experience the charms of a properly authentic European bakery. Racks of organic products such as nuts, seeds, and volcanic salt, line the walls, while our counter is piled up with chocolate, homemade jams, cheese, and more products from local suppliers.
You can indulge in a piece of home-made banana bread, a sweet almond-topped slice of cheesecake or take home a bag of mixed cookies. We want everyone to enjoy good food, so we also produce gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and instant yeast-free alternatives. We can even bake you a complete custom made bread or pie! Besides baked products we also sell locally sourced and roasted coffees, various kinds of tea, and a selection of Indonesia’s finest herbs and spices. Our dynamic team is always in search of new products – homemade or from local suppliers- so every visit to our bakery and deli shop is a new experience.
